The product will be shipped to a local partner or agent, who will bring the item to your designated location for inspection. If the product does not match the description and images provided, you have the option to refuse delivery, and your deposit will be refunded within one month. However, if the refusal is for reasons not accepted by our site, the cost for shipping and taxes may be deducted from your deposit. As most of our products are stored in our shipping warehouse on Jersey Island, customs clearance is required based on the buyer’s delivery location after purchase. Specific shipping times are as follows: for pickup on Jersey Island, the time is 7 business days; for pickup in the UK, it is 10 business days. For direct shipping, items will be dispatched within 14 business days, and for transshipment services, items will also be dispatched within 14 business days. However, due to the multiple customs clearance procedures required, the arrival time is typically within  14 business days. If shipping is not dispatched within the specified time frame, the purchase will be canceled, and any payments made will be refunded to you.
